Medical and Dental Insurance
There are currently three health plans utilized by the Company. Each plan offers not only employee coverage, but also family coverage.
Lyman & Affiliates also offers three life insurance plans in which the premium is paid by the Company. Some plans offer the option of additional employee life insurance, as well as dependent life insurance. Premiums for these options are paid by the employee.
Paid vacation is offered to all full-time employees, as well as part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week. Vacation for part-time employees is prorated according to the number of scheduled work hours.
Our employees receive paid time off for various holidays throughout the year. This benefit is offered to both full-time and part-time employees. For part-time employees, the benefit is adjusted dependent upon the number of hours they're regularly scheduled to work.
Personal Paid Time Off
Our benefit package includes both personal paid time off and paid sick time off. All positions offer one of these benefits, and some positions offer both benefits.
We understand the importance of planning for the future, and this is evident in our aggressive retirement plans. Various plans are offered, and we encourage eligible employees to take full advantage of these plans.
